Can I participate in the smartfriends programme if I'm already a customer?

Customers with a registrated account can't receive a discount via a link, you can only recommend smartphoto to your friends who aren't a member yet.

Is there a limit to the number of friends I can share the code link with?

No, you can invite as many friends to become a new customer as you want.

What rewards do I receive when my friends become customers?

For each new customer, you receive a voucher worth 15.- that is valid on all our products (excluding processing and shipping costs).

When do I receive my discount?

In order for you to receive your reward, an order must be placed with smartphoto within 60 days of sharing your personal link. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a notification via email.

How long is my voucher valid?

Your voucher is valid for 3 months.
