*Restrictions: The credit is valid for the same product/model with the same additional options. If your new order has a lower value than the credit, the remaining credit will be forfeited. It is not possible to change designs, fonts, all options, formats and sizes and, in the case of photo books, the model, cover or increase the number of pages. The cost of returning the product to customer service will be borne by the customer. The guarantee applies to a maximum order value of CHF 1,000. The guarantee does not apply to photos, irrespective of the product on which the photo is used, which have been marked as insufficient in terms of resolution at the time of design. Also excluded are outstanding invoices or cash payments as well as transfers to other accounts or participants. Not included in the guarantee are the following cases: no guarantee on production and delivery deadlines, unwanted orders (cancellation clause), not liking the product, complaint period longer than 14 days. In case of misuse or bad payment behaviour we reserve the right to limit the warranty. The GTC apply.
